The people subdividing the land that they live on and intend to stay here. They have said they have no intention of letting anything adverse happen to where they live. They have been proactive about their plan and have spoken to many neighbours about the subdivision already. They were keen to ensure people knew about it, gave some feedback about it and understood his reasons for applying for it.
We applaud planning like this where owners are keen to communicate their ideas and their projects and be willing to support the locals understanding of it.
All three blocks will be over 1,000m2, two on street frontage at 1,031m2 & 1,661m2 and one very large one approx 3,925m2 at the rear of the property. This owner has promised to work to get a Section 173 on the land so that further subdivision isn’t possible. They want to continue to live here and want to protect this place as much as we do.
